નિમણુંક સત્તાધિકારી =

  • નોકરી કે હોદ્દા ઉપર સરકારી કર્મચારી ની નિમણુંક કરવાની સત્તા ધરાવતો અધિકારી 

વાહન ભથ્થું 

  • એટલે મર્યાદિત વિસ્તારમાં વધારે પ્રમાણમાં થયેલ પ્રવાસ કે જે ફરજ પાલન માં જરૂર સંભવિત ખર્ચને પગારમાં સમાવેશ કર્યો ન હોય તેવા સરકારી કર્મચારીને મંજુ૨ ક૨વામાં આવતું ભથ્થું

પ્રથમ નિમણૂક ની તારીખ =

  • એટલે સરકારી કર્મચારીએ સરકારી નોકરીમાં પ્રથમ નિમણૂકની જગ્યાએ ફરજ સંભાર્યાંની તારીખ  અથવા જો આ તારીખ વહેલી હોય તો પેંશન  માટે ગણતરીમાં લેવામાં આવતી કોઈપણ ફ૨જ સાંભળ્યા ની 
બાલવાટિકા પ્રવેશ અને કેળવણી નિરીક્ષક ની પરીક્ષા ની તૈયારી માટેના અગત્યના પ્રશ્નો

દૈનિક ભથ્થુ =

એટલે મુખ્ય મથક ૫૨ ગે૨હાજરી બદલ તેણે કરેલા સામાન્ય દૈનિક ખર્ચને પહોંચી  વળવા અપાતું દૈનિક ભથ્થું 

કચેરી ના વડા 👉સરકારે જાહેર કરેલા રાજ્ય પતિ અધિકારી અને તેમાં કચેરી ના વડા તરીકે જેમને સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારી દ્રારા અધિકૃત કરાયેલ હોય તે વ્યક્તિ 
રજા એટલે 👉ગુજરાત મૂલ્કી સેવા રજા ના નિયમો 2002હેઠળ  સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારી એ ફરજ ઉપરથી  ગેરહાજર રહેવા આપેલ મંજૂરી 
ઘર ભાડા ભથ્થા 👉જે સ્થળ પર ઘરભાડા ઊંચા  હોય ત્યાં ઘરભાડું ચૂકવવા માટે અથવા  નિઃશુલ્ક રહેઠાણ ના બદલા માં આપવામાં આવતું  માસિક ભાડુ 
હાજર થવાનો સમય 👉સરકારી કર્મચારી ને નવીન જગ્યા  પર જોડાવા  અથવા  જે સ્થળ નિમણુંક થઇ હોય તે સ્થળ જવા આવવા આપવામાં આવતો સમય 
અજમાયશી એટલે 👉જે તે ખાતા ના સંવર્ગમાં કાયમી કે અંગત ધોરણે ખાલી જગ્યા ની સામે અજમાયશી ધોરણે નીમવામાં આવતો સરકારી કર્મચારી 
અવેજી કામગીરી 👉જે જગ્યા ઉપર અન્ય વ્યક્તિ નો ધારણાધિકાર હોય તે જગ્યા ખાલી હોય તો અન્ય કર્મચારી ને સક્ષમ અધિકારી ને યોગ્ય લાગે તો અવેજી ની કામગીરી બજાવવા નિમણુંક કરી શકાયઃ 
નિર્વાહ ભથથું 👉જેને પગાર કે રજા નો પગાર ન મળતો હોય તેવા કર્મચારી ને આપવામાં આવતું ભથ્થું 
માઈલેજ ભથ્થું👉કર્મચારી ને મુસાફરી ના અંતર ના આધારે ગણતરી કરી આપવામાં આવતું ભથ્થું

જ્ઞાન સહાયક યોજના gyansahayak yojna અહીંયા થી જાણો


દિવસ એટલે 

  •  એક મધ્યરાત્રી થી શરૂ થઈ અને તેના પછીની બીજી મધ્યરાત્રીએ પૂરો થતો સમય ગાળો (12 am to  12 am 

ગ્રેજ્યુઇટી એટલે 

  • ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા પેન્શન નિયમો 2002  ના નિયમ  81 હેઠળ ચુકવવામાં આવતી રકમ 

 ઓડિટ અધિકારી=

  • એટલે જેમને કેગ દ્વારા નિમણૂક આપવામાં આવેલ હોય તેવા સત્તાવાર અધિકારી, હિસાબી અધિકાર ક્ષેત્રમાં કોઈ સરકારી કર્મચારી નોકરી કરતો હોય તે.

સંવર્ગ એટલે 

  • જુદા  એકમ તરીકે મંજુર કરવામાં આવેલ સેવા કે સેવાના કોઈ ભાગનું સંખ્યાબળ

મુકામ રસાલો 

  • એટલે મુકામ ની હેરફેર કરવા માટેના સાધનો

મુકામ સરંજામ એટલે= 

  • મુકામ ખસેડવા માટે જરૂરી સાધનો અને તંબુ ઊભા કરવા માટે જાહેર હિતમાં પોતાની સાથે લઈ જ્વી જરૂરી હોય તેવી વસ્તુઓ

વળતર ભથ્થુ 

  • એટલે કોઈ વિશિષ્ટ સંજોગોમાં ફ૨જ બજાવાને કારણે થતા અંગત ખર્ચને મુસાફરી ભથ્થા નો સમાવેશ થાય છે

સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારી 

  • એટલે સત્તા વા૫૨વાના કિસ્સામાં સરકાર દ્વારા અધિકૃત કરેલ અધિકારી

પેંશન માટે ચુકવણી અધિકારી 

  • એટલે નિવૃત્ત સરકારી કર્મચારી પોતાનું પેન્શન જ્યાંથી મેળવે છે તે રાષ્ટ્રીયકૃત બેંકની શાખા અથવા તિજોરી સહિત તિજોરી અને પેન્શન ચુકવણી કચેરી

ફરજ ના સમયમાં નીચે મુજબનો સમાવેશ થાય છે

  • (1) અજમાઈશી નોકરી
  • (2) હાજર થવાનો સમય
  • (3) નોકરી સંબંધી શિક્ષણ કે તાલીમ અભ્યાસ વર્ગો
  • (4) સરકારે નિયત કરેલી ભાષા કે અન્ય પરીક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત થવાનો સમયગાળો
  • (5) ખાતાકીય પરીક્ષામાં સ્થિત થવાનો સમયગાળો

જોકે આ સવલત ફરયિાત પરીક્ષાઓના કિસ્સામાં બેથી વધુ વાર મળતી નથી

જો કર્મચારી પરીક્ષા પૂરી થયા બાદ રજા પર ઉતરે છે તો જે દિવસથી રજા શરૂ થતી હોય તે જ ગણાશે પરંતુ કોઈ રજા પર રહેલો કર્મચારી રજા પૂરી થયાના તરત બાદ આવી પરીક્ષા માટે હાજર રહેતો તે સમયગાળો રજામાં જ ગણાશે

નીચેના કિસ્સાઓમાં જ્યારે સરકારી કર્મચારીઓને નિમણૂકના આદેશના અભાવે ફરજ્યિાત પ્રતીક્ષા કરવી પડે તેવો સમયગાળો

  • (1) બદલી ની જગ્યાએ હાજર થવાના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન બદલીના હુકમો રદ થયા હોય કે સુધારા થયા હોય કે મુલવતી રખાયા હોય
  • (2) ૨જા કે પ્રતિનિયુક્તિ પરથી પાછા ફરતી વખતે મૂળ જગ્યા ખાલી ન હોય તો નિમણુકના આદેશોની ફરજ્યિાત પ્રતીક્ષા કરવી પડેલ સમય
  • (3) જે જ્ગ્યા ૫૨ સરકારી કર્મચારીને નિમવામાં આવ્યો હોય તે જગ્યાના મુખ્ય મથકે પહોંચતા છૂટ થનાર કર્મચારી પાસેથી જ્ઞાનો હવાલો સંભાળી લેવાની સ્થિતિમાં ન હોય ત્યારે
