ગુજરાતના જિલ્લાફેર બદલી ઈચ્છુક તમામ શિક્ષક મિત્રો માટે વર્ષ 2026 માં Online Jillafer Badli Camp રાખવામાં આવેલ છે. આ બદલી કેમ્પમાં જોડાવા માટેની website dpegujarat.in છે. જેના પર બદલી માટે Online Application કરવાની રહેશે. તારીખ 14/05/2026 થી 16/05/2026 સુધી અરજી કરી શકાશે.

Online જિલ્લાફેર બદલી કેમ્પની કેટલીક અગત્યની માહિતી
સૌપ્રથમ ઓનલાઈન બદલીની વેબસાઈટ પર ફોર્મ ભરવું. જો અગ્રતાનો લાભ લેવાનો હોય તો અગ્રતાને લગતા પ્રમાણપત્રોની પીડીએફ તૈયાર કરવી. ઓનલાઈન અરજીમાં ફોર્મ ભરવું, ફોર્મની પ્રિન્ટ, પુરાવાની નકલ, હુકમોની નકલ, છુટા હાજર રીપોર્ટની નકલ, સરકારી લેણું, પોલીસ કેસ, ફોજદારી કેસ, બિનપગારી રજા પ્રમાણપત્ર, ભરતીમાં અગ્રતાનો લાભ ન લીધાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર, છેલ્લા ત્રણ વર્ષના ખાનગી અહેવાલ અને અન્ય તા.પ્રા.શિ.ના પ્રમાણપત્રોની ફાઈલ બે નકલમાં તાલુકા કક્ષાએ જમા કરાવવી, રસીદ લેવી.
શાળા પસંદ કરવી, શાળા પસંદ કર્યા બાદ રદ કરી શકાશે નહિ.
ઓનલાઈન હુકમ ડાઉનલોડ કર્યા બાદ હુકમ વેરીફીકેશન કરવા અને હાલની ફરજની શાળાએથી બદલીમાં છુટા થવા માટેની પ્રક્રિયા શરૂ કરવી, જેમાં શિક્ષક મંડળી દાખલો, મકાન પેશગી દાખલો મેળવવો, મહેકમ પ્રમાણપત્ર અને અન્ય દાખલા પ્રમાણપત્રો આ ફાઈલમાં છે, એ તૈયાર કરી મુશિ, પે સેન્ટર બાદ તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીના સહી સિક્કા કરાવી, ભલામણપત્ર લઈ હાલના જિલ્લા ખાતે મે.જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારી સાહેબશ્રીની કચેરીએ હુકમ વેરીફેકેશન કરાવવો, હુકમ મેળવીને તે હુકમ પરથી તાલુકા કક્ષાએથી છુટા થવું. તાલુકા પરથી છુટા થયા બાદ શાળા પરથી છુટા થવું.
શાળા પરથી છુટા થયા બાદના તરત બીજા દિવસે બદલી વાળા જિલ્લા પર હાજર થઈ ત્યાંથી હુકમ મેળવી તાલુકા કક્ષાએ હાજર થવું અને ત્યારબાદ શાળા પર હાજર થવું, જો જિલ્લા પરથી હુકમ મળવામાં વિલંબ થાય એમ જણાય તો જિલ્લાની કચેરીએ હાજર થવાની અરજી આપી, અરજીની ઓસી કોપી પર ઈન્વર્ડ નંબર લખાવીને તાલુકા પર પણ અરજી આપીને શાળા પર હાજર થઈ જવું હિતાવહ છે, અમુક જિલ્લામાં સીધા શાળા પર હાજર થવાની સુચના આપતા હોય છે, એટલે પોતાના જિલ્લાની સુચના મુજબ અમલ કરવો. ખાસ ધ્યાન એ રાખવું કે જોબ બ્રેક ન થાય, એટલે કે હાલની શાળામાંથી છુટા થયા બાદ બીજા દિવસે જાહેર રજા ન હોવી જોઈએ અથવા તો બીજા દિવસે હાજર થવાનું બાકી ન રહેવું જોઈએ.
શાળામાં હાજર થયા બાદ નવા અને જુના બંને BRC સાથે સંકલન કરીને ઓનલાઈન હાજરી પોર્ટલમાં નામ ટ્રાન્સફર કરાવી દેવું.
PRAISA અને SAS માં નામ બદલતા પહેલા જુના અને નવા બંને પે સેન્ટર સાથે સંકલન કરવું, બંનેની સુચના બાદ નામ ટ્રાન્સફર કરવું, SAS શાળા લોગીનમાંથી અને PRAISA પે સેન્ટર લોગીનમાંથી બદલાશે.
વાર્ષિક ઈજાફા માટે IFMS GSWAN પર કેસ ટ્રાન્સફર કરવા માટે બદલીવાળા તાલુકાનો કાર્ડેક્ષ નંબર અને યુઝર નેમ મેળવી લેવા અને જુના તાલુકામાંથી તમારો કેસ આ એડ્રેસ પર ટ્રાન્સફર કરાવવો, ટ્રાન્સફર કરતા પહેલા જો ઈજાફો આપવાનો બાકી હોય તો ઈજાફો અપાવ્યા બાદ જ કેસ ટ્રાન્સફર કરાવવો.
કર્મયોગી પોર્ટલ પર નામ ટ્રાન્સફર કરાવવા માટે પે સેન્ટર પરથી કામગીરી કરાવવી.
બદલી થયા બાદ સર્વિસબુક, પાંચ વર્ષના સી.આર. ખાનગી અહેવાલ નોંધ, કપાત પગારી રજા ભોગવ્યા બાબતનું પ્રમાણપત્ર, અંતિમ પગાર પ્રમાણપત્ર LPC, પ્રથમ, દ્વિતીય, તૃતીય ઉપધો મંજુર થયાની દરખાસ્ત અને પત્રક 4 મેળવી લેવું.
SAS પોર્ટલ અને PRAISA પોર્ટલ પર બેન્ક ખાતાની વિગતો, સરનામું અને અન્ય વિગતો અદ્યતન કરાવી દેવી. ઉપરોક્ત બાબત ફક્ત જાણકારી માટે છે, આ માહિતીને આધાર પૂરાવા ગણવા નહિ, આપની કચેરી અને અધિકારીની સુચનાનો અમલ કરવો, અને તેને જ આખરી ગણવું.
