Bagless Day Report 4 July 2026: Balvatika to Class 8 activities including height and weight measurement, pond visit, tree care and Bal Sansad meeting report.

તા. 04/07/2026 ના રોજ અમારી શાળામાં બેગલેશ ડે અંતર્ગત વિદ્યાર્થીઓના સર્વાંગી વિકાસ, આરોગ્ય જાગૃતિ, પર્યાવરણ સંરક્ષણ તથા લોકશાહી મૂલ્યોના વિકાસને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને વિવિધ પ્રવૃત્તિઓનું સફળ આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. કાર્યક્રમમાં બાળવાટિકાથી ધોરણ-8 સુધીના તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ઉત્સાહપૂર્વક ભાગ લીધો હતો.

શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ શિક્ષકો દ્વારા અલગ-અલગ ધોરણો માટે આયોજનબદ્ધ કાર્યક્રમો રાખવામાં આવ્યા. દિવસની શરૂઆત પ્રાર્થના સભાથી કરવામાં આવી, જેમાં સ્વચ્છતા, નિયમિતતા, આરોગ્ય અને વૃક્ષ સંરક્ષણ અંગે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પ્રેરણાદાયી માર્ગદર્શન આપવામાં આવ્યું.

બાળવાટિકા તેમજ ધોરણ 1 અને 2

વજન અને ઊંચાઈ માપન

બાળવાટિકા તથા ધોરણ 1 અને 2 ના તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું વજન અને ઊંચાઈનું માપન કરવામાં આવ્યું. શિક્ષકોએ દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીની માહિતી નોંધપોથીમાં નોંધ કરી. આ પ્રવૃત્તિનો મુખ્ય હેતુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના શારીરિક વિકાસનું નિયમિત મૂલ્યાંકન કરવાનો હતો.

વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સંતુલિત આહાર, દૂધ, લીલા શાકભાજી, ફળો અને સ્વચ્છ પાણીના મહત્વ વિશે સમજાવવામાં આવ્યું. નિયમિત કસરત અને સ્વચ્છ જીવનશૈલી અપનાવવા માટે પણ પ્રેરણા આપવામાં આવી.

ધોરણ 3 થી 5

વજન અને ઊંચાઈ માપન

  • ધોરણ 3 થી 5 ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું પણ આરોગ્ય ચકાસણીના ભાગરૂપે વજન અને ઊંચાઈ માપવામાં આવી. શિક્ષકોએ અગાઉના રેકોર્ડ સાથે સરખામણી કરીને વિદ્યાર્થીઓના વિકાસ અંગે માહિતી મેળવી.

તળાવની મુલાકાત

વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નજીકના તળાવની શૈક્ષણિક મુલાકાતે લઈ જવામાં આવ્યા. મુલાકાત દરમિયાન નીચેના મુદ્દાઓ સમજાવવામાં આવ્યા:

શાળાના પરિસરમાં આવેલા વૃક્ષોને પાણી આપવું, નિંદામણ દૂર કરવું અને વૃક્ષોના સંરક્ષણ અંગે માહિતી આપવામાં આવી. વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ વૃક્ષોનું મહત્વ સમજ્યું અને “એક વિદ્યાર્થી – એક વૃક્ષ” જેવા સંદેશને સ્વીકાર્યો.

ધોરણ 6 થી 8

બાળસંસદ સભા

ધોરણ 6 થી 8 ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે બાળસંસદની બેઠકનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું.

સભામાં નીચેના મુદ્દાઓ પર ચર્ચા કરવામાં આવી:

  • શાળાની સ્વચ્છતા
  • સમયસર હાજરી
  • પાણી બચાવો અભિયાન

હવામાન વિભાગના અનુમાન પ્રમાણે 21થી 24 જુલાઈ 2026 દરમિયાન પણ રાજ્યમાં વરસાદી માહોલ યથાવત રહેશે. આ ચાર દિવસ દરમિયાન વડોદરા, છોટા ઉદેપુર, નર્મદા, ભરૂચ, સુરત, તાપી, નવસારી, ડાંગ અને વલસાડ જિલ્લામાં મોટાભાગના વિસ્તારોમાં હળવોથી મધ્યમ વરસાદ થવાની શક્યતા છે. જ્યારે સુરેન્દ્રનગર, મોરબી, જામનગર, દેવભૂમિ દ્વારકા, પોરબંદર, રાજકોટ, જૂનાગઢ, ગીર સોમનાથ, અમરેલી, ભાવનગર, બોટાદ, કચ્છ, અમદાવાદ, ખેડા, આણંદ, પંચમહાલ, દાહોદ, મહીસાગર, ગાંધીનગર, અરવલ્લી, સાબરકાંઠા, મહેસાણા, પાટણ, બનાસકાંઠા અને વાવ-થરાદ જિલ્લામાં છૂટાછવાયા સ્થળોએ હળવોથી મધ્યમ વરસાદની શક્યતા વ્યક્ત કરવામાં આવી છે.

એટલે કે, દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતનો પટ્ટો સતત પાંચ દિવસ (20થી 24 જુલાઈ) સૌથી વધુ સક્રિય વરસાદી ઝોન રહેશે, જ્યારે બાકીના રાજ્યમાં વરસાદનું પ્રમાણ છૂટુંછવાયું પણ સાતત્યપૂર્ણ રહેશે.

🔮 અંબાલાલ પટેલની આગાહી: 24-26 જુલાઈ દરમિયાન અતિભારે વરસાદ

હવામાન વિભાગની સત્તાવાર આગાહી ઉપરાંત, ગુજરાતના જાણીતા હવામાન નિષ્ણાત અંબાલાલ પટેલે પણ ચોમાસા અંગે વધુ એક મોટી આગાહી કરી છે. તેમના જણાવ્યા મુજબ આગામી 24 થી 26 જુલાઈ દરમિયાન ગુજરાતમાં મેઘરાજા મન મૂકીને વરસવાના છે. ખાસ કરીને ઉત્તર અને મધ્ય ગુજરાત પર મેઘરાજાની વિશેષ મહેરબાની જોવા મળશે, જ્યાં ભારેથી અતિભારે વરસાદ તૂટી પડવાની પૂરેપૂરી શક્યતા છે. અંબાલાલ પટેલની આગાહી મુજબ આ સમયગાળા દરમિયાન રાજ્યના મોટાભાગના વિસ્તારો વરસાદથી બરાબરના તરબોળ થઈ જશે.

આજનો યુગ ટેલિવિઝનનો યુગ છે. લોકોમાં પુસ્તકોના વાંચનની રુચિ ઘટતી જાય છે. લોકોનો મોટા ભાગનો સમય ટી.વી.ના કાર્યક્રમો જોવામાં જ પસાર થઈ જાય છે . હવે પુસ્તકોનો ઉપયોગ કબાટની શોભા વધારવા પૂરતો જ રહ્યો છે. પુસ્તકાલયોમાં પણ વાચકોની સંખ્યા ઘટી રહી છે. આમ છતાં, આજેય પણ સારાં પુસ્તકો વાંચનારાઓની કમી નથી. સારાં પુસ્તકોનું મહત્ત્વ તો વધતું જ રહેવાનું છે.

મિત્રો રિસાય કે ઝઘડે અને છેહ પણ દે પરંતુ પુસ્તકો ને કદી એવું કરતા જોયા કે સાંભળ્યા હોય એવું ક્યારે બન્યું નથી. પુસ્તકો સારા મિત્રો ની ગરજ સારે છે. જ્યારે આપણે નિરાશ થઈ ત્યારે પુસ્તકો આપણ ને સાંત્વના આપે છે અને મુંઝાઈ એ ત્યારે માર્ગદર્શન પણ આપે છે. તેઓ સારી વિચારશક્તિ અને કલ્પના કેળવવામાં મદદરૂપ થાય છે. પુસ્તકો આપણ ને સારા મિત્રો ની જેમ ઊંચે લઈ જાય છે. સારા પુસ્તકો આપણા માં સારા સંસ્કારો નું સિંચન કરે છે, સારા ગુણો નો વિકાસ કરી આપણા આદર્શો ને ઉચ્ચ બનાવે છે. પુસ્તકો આપણી કલ્પનાશક્તિ ખીલવી ને ઉડવા માટે પાંખો આપે છે અને સમય ના ગમે પડાવ પર લઈ જાય છે. પુસ્તકો આપણી સામે જ્ઞાન નો અમૂલ્ય ખજાનો ખુલ્લો મૂકી દે છે તેમાં અનેક રત્નો, મોતી, હીરા, માણેક સમાયા છે એવું કહીએ તો બિલકુલ અતિશયોક્તિ નથી આ એવો ખજાનો છે જેની કદી ચોરી થઇ શકતી નથી, જેને કોઈ લૂંટી શકતું નથી, જે કદી ખૂટશે નહિ, ઉલ્ટા જેમ એનો વપરાશ વધશે એમ એના પ્રમાણમાં વધારો થશે.

મુસાફરી માં પણ તેઓ આપણા મિત્રો અને સાથી બને છે. આમ પુસ્તકો વગરનું જીવન એ પાયા વગર નું જીવન છે. આજના સમય માં પુસ્તકો નું મહત્વ અને પુસ્તકપ્રેમીઓની સંખ્યા ઘટી રહી છે મોબાઈલ ચાહકો નું પ્રમાણ વધી રહ્યું છે. બાળકો માત્ર ભણવાના પુસ્તકો પર વધુ ધ્યાન આપી રહ્યા છે. આથી ‘વાંચે ગુજરાત’ જેવા કાર્યક્રમો ની આપણને જરૂર પડી છે. આવા કાર્યક્રમો નું પ્રમાણ વધારી પુસ્તકો ના કાયદા અને એમનું મહત્વ વધે એવું કરવું આજના સમય માટે જરૂરી બન્યું છે.

એક અંગ્રેજ કવિ જેને પુસ્તકો નો અત્યંત શોખ હતો તે પુસ્તકો માટે લખે છે કે, “ My never failing friends are they, with whom I converse day by day.” (કદી છોડી ન દે એવા તે મારા મિત્રો છે પુસ્તકો જેમની સાથે હું દરરોજ વાતો કરું છું). આમ આવા અનન્ય મિત્રો ની સાથે આપણે જેમ બને એમ વધુ સમય પસાર કરવો જોઇએ.
