HTAT Semi Direct Exam 2026 દરેક ઉમેદવાર માટેની open direct recruitment નથી. આ ખાસ સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષા નિયત લાયકાત ધરાવતા હાલ સેવા આપતા Primary Teachersને Head Teacher Class-3ના પદે promotion આપવા માટે છે. HTAT Semi Direct Exam 2026 Eligibility and Qualification

Notification મુજબ Head Teacher Class-3ના પદ માટે લાગુ recruitment rules હેઠળ જરૂરી qualification ધરાવતા ઉમેદવાર જ પરીક્ષામાં admission માટે eligible ગણાશે. આથી માત્ર graduation કે teaching qualification હોવું પૂરતું નથી; candidateએ service અને promotion સંબંધિત તમામ શરતો પણ પૂર્ણ કરવી જરૂરી છે.

મુખ્ય eligibility conditions

• ઉમેદવાર Lower Primary Teacher અથવા Upper Primary Teacher, Class-3 cadreમાં જરૂરી સેવા અનુભવ ધરાવતો હોવો જોઈએ. Notification સાથે જોડાયેલા rulesમાં સામાન્ય રીતે ઓછામાં ઓછા પાંચ વર્ષના અનુભવનો ઉલ્લેખ છે.
• Gujarat Civil Services Computer Competency Training and Examination Rules, 2006 મુજબ જરૂરી computer knowledge qualification પૂર્ણ કરેલી હોવી જોઈએ.
• Head Teacher post માટે prescribed educational and training qualification પૂર્ણ થતી હોવી જોઈએ.
• ઉમેદવારને Gujarati અથવા Hindi અથવા બંને ભાષાનું પૂરતું જ્ઞાન હોવું જોઈએ.
• Qualification, experience અને categoryની અંતિમ ચકાસણી  Recruitment Selection Committee કરશે; તેનો નિર્ણય અંતિમ ગણાશે.

Educational qualificationના મુખ્ય વિકલ્પો

Official rulesમાં દર્શાવ્યા મુજબ સામાન્ય રીતે નીચેના qualification combinations પૈકી લાગુ combination જરૂરી બની શકે છે:

• માન્ય Universityમાંથી Arts, Science અથવા Commerceમાં Bachelor’s Degree સાથે માન્ય બે વર્ષનો Primary Teachers Certificate Course; અથવા
• Bachelor’s Degree સાથે માન્ય Special Education qualification; અથવા
• Bachelor’s Degree સાથે B.Ed.; અથવા
• Higher Secondary સાથે માન્ય ચાર વર્ષનો B.El.Ed. અથવા ચાર વર્ષનો integrated  education degree course.

Eligibility note:

દરેક ઉમેદવારે પોતાની exact qualification, service book અને experienceને official recruitment rules સાથે મેળવીને જ અરજી કરવી. Board online form સ્વીકારે એટલે ઉમેદવાર અંતિમ રીતે eligible છે એવો અર્થ થતો નથી.

Fee ATM/Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI અથવા Wallet દ્વારા OJAS payment gateway પર ભરવાની રહેશે. એક વખત ભરાયેલી fee કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં refund થવાની નથી. Payment સફળ થયા પછી E-Receipt download કરીને સાચવી રાખવી.

HTAT Special Competitive Exam 2026 એક જ stageની written examination રહેશે. બંને ભાગના પ્રશ્નો એક જ continuous question paperમાં રહેશે. તમામ questions Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) પ્રકારના હશે

• દરેક સાચા જવાબ માટે 1 mark મળશે.
• No negative marking: ખોટા જવાબ માટે ગુણ કપાશે નહીં.
• Advertisement-specific instruction મુજબ question paperનું medium Gujarati રહેશે.
• General category માટે minimum qualifying standard 40% એટલે 60 marks છે.
• SC/ST candidatesને 5% relaxation સાથે 35% એટલે 52.5 marks જરૂરી છે.
• Minimum qualifying marks મેળવવાથી promotionનો આપમેળે અધિકાર મળતો નથી; final merit અને available vacancies લાગુ પડશે.

Vacancy data clarification:

Official PDFના final rowમાં overall total 3264 દર્શાવ્યું છે. પરંતુ annexureના અમુક row/subtotal ઉમેરવામાં arithmetic mismatch દેખાય છે. તેથી category અથવા district પસંદગી માટે SEB/DPE દ્વારા પછીથી બહાર પાડવામાં આવતી corrigendum/clarificationને અંતિમ માનવી

1.  ક્લિક કરીને Personal Details અને Educational Details marksheet તથા service records મુજબ भरो.
2. Save પર ક્લિક કર્યા પછી મળેલો Application Number સુરક્ષિત રીતે નોંધો.
3. Application Number અને Birth Dateથી login કરીને recent photograph તથા signature upload કરો.
4.  Photo JPG formatમાં અંદાજે 5 cm × 3.6 cm અને signature 2.5 cm × 7.5 cm રાખો. Notification મુજબ file size 10 KBથી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈએ.
5. Application Previewમાં નામ, DOB, category, experience અને qualification ધ્યાનથી તપાસો.
6. બધું સાચું હોય ત્યારે Confirm Application કરો. Confirm થયા પછી correction શક્ય નથી.
7. Print Application / Pay Fees optionથી online fee ભરો અને E-Receipt download કરો.
8. Confirmed application, fee receipt અને supporting documentsની print/PDF copy સાચવી રાખો.

State Examination Board exam marksના આધારે merit list તૈયાર કરશે અને સંબંધિત District/Nagar Education Committee દ્વારા requisition કરેલી vacancies ધ્યાનમાં લેશે. Resultના Part-Iમાં successful candidatesના name, seat number અને total marks merit orderમાં જાહેર થશે. Part-IIમાં Part-Iમાં સામેલ ન થયેલા candidatesના marks દર્શાવવામાં આવશે.

Primary & Secondary Schooling (K-12)

HTAT 2026 Form ભરતાં પહેલાં Checklist

• Service bookમાં જોડાયાની તારીખ અને cadre details verify કરો.
• Graduation, PTC/B.Ed./B.El.Ed./Special Education marksheets તૈયાર રાખો.
• Computer qualification certificate અને category certificate લાગુ પડે તો તપાસો.
• 10 KBની મર્યાદા મુજબ  photo અને signature અગાઉથી તૈયાર રાખો.
• Application Number, Confirmation Number અને payment receipt અલગથી સાચવો.
