भारत सरकार Digitization को लेकर बहुत गंभीर है। देश में अब सामान्य लेन-देन से लेकर प्रशासनिक कार्यों तक हर चीज के लिए डिजिटलीकरण को Promot किया जा रहा है। डिजिटलीकरण को ध्यान में रखते हुए भारत सरकार ने एक ऐप लॉन्च किया है, जिसका नाम है UMANG App ; इस ऐप का Full Form (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) है । इस ऐप के माध्यम से देश के नागरिक घर बैठे 100 से भी अधिक सरकारी सुविधाओं का लाभ ऑनलाइन उठा सकते हैं। जिसमें गैस Gas ⛽ Cylinder बुक करने, Income tax का भुगतान करने और Passport से संबंधित कई कार्यों के लिए UMANG App का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। इस ऐप का उपयोग करने के लिए आपके Mobile फोन में UMANG App इंस्टॉल होना चाहिए और रजिस्ट्रेशन कर लेना है।
UMANG App के बारेमे:
इस एप्लीकेशन में सरकारी कई विभागों को शामिल किया गया है। 100 से अधिक विभिन्न सेवाओं को ऑनलाइन किया गया है। इस ऐप को Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and National e-Governance Division द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से विकसित किया गया है। यह ऐप Android और IOS दोनों प्लेटफॉर्म के लिए है, जिसमें केन्द्र सरकार, राज्य सरकार और स्थानीय निकास एवं विभिन्न सरकारी एजेंसियों की सेवाएं भी उपलब्ध कराई गई है। नई दिल्ली में cyberspace पर पांचवें वैश्विक सम्मेलन में लॉन्च किया गया था। UMANG App में Digital India की सारी सेवाएं शामिल की गई हैं। इसमें Aadhar, Digi Locker और पे-गैम शामिल हैं। साथ ही, यह ऐप उन सभी प्रमुख सरकारी सेवाओं को भी एक साथ लाया है जो वर्तमान में App, Web, SMS और IVR के माध्यम से उपलब्ध हैं। e-Governence की बात करें तो उमंग ऐप का इस्तेमाल Tax Pay, LPG Cylinder Booking और PF Account के लिए किया जाता है। इसके अलावा, CBSE Results App के माध्यम से भी देखे जा सकते हैं। यह ऐप लगभग 12 भारतीय भाषाओं में उपलब्ध है, जिस में हिंदी और English के अलावा 10 और भारतीय भाषाओं को भी ये सपोर्ट करता है। इसमें भुगतान-आधारित लेनदेन तक पहुंच भी शामिल है।

“हमने उमंग मोबाइल ऐप लॉन्च किया है।” यह ऐप 100 से अधिक सेवाएं प्रदान करता है, जो लोगों के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण हैं। इन सेवाओं का प्रबंधन केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकारों के विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा किया जाएगा। पिछले दो दशकों में साइबर दुनिया बहुत बदल गई है।
UMANG App Support:
यह ऐप, my Aadhar जैसी और अन्य प्रमाणीकरण तंत्रों की ऐप की तरह, किसी भी Thirtd Party App से स्वतंत्र रूप से ई-गवर्नेंस सेवाओं तक पहुंचने के लिए फोन नंबर और स्थान का समर्थन करता है। जिस में Android version 4.4 और इससे बाद के Version तथा iOS 8.0 और इसके बाद के Version को सपोर्ट करता है। इसके अलावा, आप अपने नंबर पर UMANG App Download लिंक के लिए Help Line Number: 9718397183 पर मिस्ड कॉल भी दे सकते हैं।
UMANG App Download:
UMANG App Google Play Store पर उपलब्ध है, जहांसे Download करके आप इसे Free में Use कर सकते है। Play Store में जा कर UMANG App सर्च करेंगे तो ये आपको मिल जाएगा । इसे डाउनलोड करना है तो नीचे इसका डायरेक्ट डाउनलोड Link 🖇️ दिया गया है।
इंस्टालेशन करने के बाद आप इसमें रजिस्टर करले, फिर इस एप्लीकेशन का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। पंजीकरण के लिए नीचे दिए गए स्टेप फोलो करें।
✓ सबसे पहले अपना Mobile Number रजिस्टर करना है। इसके बाद एक OTP आएगा। इस ओटीपी को दर्ज करने के बाद आप अपना Account बना सकते हैं।
नीचे दिए गए Registration Step फोलो करे।
Mobile में App Download करले, और खोले।
Language पसंद करे।
New User पर क्लिक करें।
Mobile Number लिखकर Register पर क्लिक करें।
प्राप्त OTP दर्ज करें और mPIN सेट करने के लिए एमपिन दर्ज करें और एमपिन की OK करें।
दिए गए Proceed पर टैप करें और पूछे गए प्रश्नों के उत्तर दें।
Aadhar Link करने के लिए टाइप करें
Profile बनाए और विवरण भरने के बाद Save and Proceed पर क्लिक करें।
UMANG App की सेवाओं का लाभ:
💥App Download करने के बाद Registration पूरा कर ले, उसके बाद आपको Servicies List के अनुसार ब्राउज़ करने के लिए सॉर्ट और फ़िल्टर का विकल्प चुने। 💥जिस सेवा का लाभ लेना है उसे खोजें या सेवा का नाम टाइप करें। उस पर टैप करे। 💥मांगी गई सारी जानकारी भरे और Application Submit कर ले। 💥OTP आता है तो उसे दर्ज करले। और Requast भेज दें 💥इस तरह आप UMANG App में उपलब्ध 100 से अधिक सेवाओं का लाभ घर बैठे ही उठा सकते है।
