4. મંજૂર કરેલ અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકોની મર્યાદામાં જિલ્લા/નગર શિક્ષણ સમિતિની જરૂરીયાત પ્રમાણે નિયુકત કરવાની રહેશે.
5. સદર અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકોને કાર્યભાર સોંપતી વખતે પ્રથમ ધોરણ 6 થી 8 ના તાસની ફાળવણી કરવાની રહેશે અને ત્યારબાદ ધોરણ 1 થી 5 ના તાસની ફાળવણી કરવાની રહેશે. તે મુજબ પગાર કેન્દ્ર શાળાના આચાર્ય અને ફાળવેલ શાળાના આચાર્યે કામગીરી કરવાની રહેશે.
6. પગાર કેન્દ્ર શાળાઓમાં અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકોની પ્રવાસી શિક્ષકો તરીકે તાસ દીઠ મહેનતાણાંથી નિમણૂક કરવાની રહેશે, જે કાર્યવાહી શાળા વ્યવસ્થાપન સમિતિ દ્વારા હાથ ધરવાની રહેશે.
8. આ રીતે કામ કરનાર શિક્ષકોને શાળા ફાળવતી વખતે સંબંધિત પગાર કેન્દ્ર શાળામાં આવેલ શાળાઓ પૈકી વધુ વિદ્યાર્થી ધરાવતી શાળાઓને અગ્રતાક્રમ આપવાનો રહેશે.
9. મહેનતાણું ચુકવવાની જવાબદારી પગારકેન્દ્રના આચાર્યશ્રીની રહેશે અને સબંધિત અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકોના ખાતામાં તે રકમ સીધી જમા કરાવવાની રહેશે અથવા ચેકથી ચૂકવવાની રહેશે. કોઇપણ સંજાગોમાં રોકડમાં મહેનતાણું ચૂકવવાનું રહેશે નહી.
10. મહેનતાણું ચૂકવતી વખતે સદર પ્રવાસી શિક્ષકોએ જે શાળાઓમાં જે તે દિવસે કામગીરી કરેલ તે શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીએ તે તારીખ સહિત કામ કરેલ તાસની સંખ્યાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર સંબંધિત પગારકેન્દ્રના આચાર્યશ્રીને રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે. તેના આધારે મહેનતાણાની ચૂકવણી કરવાની રહેશે.
11. અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકને ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક કામગીરીમાં કોઈ રજા કે છૂટ આપી શકાશે નહીં.
12. સદર અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકો નિમણુંક વાળી શાળામાં યોગ્ય કામ કરે છે કે કેમ ? તેની ચકાસણી કરવા તથા બિનજરૂરી કામગીરી/ચુકવણું ન થાય તે માટે યોગ્ય વ્યવસ્થાતંત્ર જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારી/શાસનાધિકારી એ તેમની કક્ષાએથી ગોઠવવાનું રહેશે.
