અહીંયા આપણે સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષામાં અને પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ માં વિકલાંગતા અને તે અંતર્ગત ચાલતા કાર્યક્રમ IED સંકલિત શિક્ષણ વિષે માહિતી આપેલ છે . આ માહિતી પ્રાથમિક શાળા ઓ માં  શિક્ષકો ,બાળકો અને આચાર્ય ને વિકલાંગતા બાળકો ની ઓરખ માટે ઉપયોગી બની રહેશે .

•  સર્વ શિક્ષા અભિયાનમાં વિકલાંગ બાળકોનું સંકલિત શિક્ષણ એક અત્યંત મહત્વનું ઘટક છે .જેમાં ૬ થી ૧૮ વર્ષની ઉંમરના તમામ બાળકોને મફત અને ફરજિયાત પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ આપવાની જોગવાઇ છે.
•  → વિકલાંગ વ્યક્તિઓનો (સમાન તક, અધિકારોનું રક્ષણ અને સહભાગિતા અધિનિયમ, ૧૯૯૫ના પ્રકરણ–૫ ની કલમ ૨૬ની જોગવાઇ અનુસાર કોઇપણ પ્રકારની વિકલાંગતા ધરાવતું બાળક ૧૮ વર્ષનું થાય ત્યાં સુધી યોગ્ય પર્યાવરણમાં નિઃશુલ્ક જવાબદારી જેતે રાજ્ય સરકારોની અથવા સત્તામંડળોની રહેશે.

વિક્લાંગતાની ઓળખ

(1) TB ( Totally blind) સંપૂર્ણ અંધ	જે વ્યક્તિ કે બાળકમાં સંપૂર્ણ દ્રષ્ટિ નો  અભાવ તેવી વ્યક્તિને સંપૂર્ણ અંધ કહેવામાં આવે છે.
(2) LV (Low vision) અલ્પદ્રષ્ટિ	સારવાર પછી અથવા પ્રમાણિત વક્રીભવનક્ષમ ક્ષતિમાં સુધારો કર્યા પછી પણ જેની દ્રષ્ટિમાં  ખામી કે ક્ષતિ રહી હોય તેવી વ્યક્તિ જે સહાયક સામગ્રી દ્વારા દ્રષ્ટિ નો  ઉપયોગ કરવા સક્ષમ બની હોય
(3) HT ( Hearing Impairment) શ્રવણ  મંદ	શ્રવણની રીતે વિક્લાંગ એટલે કાનમાં 60 DB . (ડેસિબલ) કે તેથી વધુ ક્ષતિ જેથી સાંભળવામાં અક્ષમ કે મંદ હોય.
(4) OH ( Orthopedic Handicap ) હાડકાંની ખામી  અથવા અથવા હલન-ચલનમાં મુશ્કેલી	હાડકાં માંસપેશીઓને લગતી ક્ષતિ, જે અવયવોના હલન-ચલનને મર્યાદિત કરે છે.
(5) MR ( Mental Retardation) મંદ બુદ્ધિ :	સરેરાશ કરતા ઓછી બૌદ્ધિક કાર્યક્ષમતા ધરાવનાર જે પરિસ્થિતિ મુજબની અનુકૂળતા અને વર્તણૂકમાં અનેક ત્રુટિઓ હોય જે સામાન્ય રીતે વિકાસના તબક્કામાં ઉદભવતી હોય.
(6) CP ( Cerebral palsy) મગજનો લકવો	મગજને એક કે બીજી રીતે થતી હાનિના પરિણામ સ્વરૂપ મગજનો લક્વો થવાની સંભવના હોય છે. મોટા ભાગે વધુ હાનિ થતાં આવી બાળક પથારીવશ બની નોન પ્રોગેસિવ રહે છે.
(7) MI ( Mental Illness) માનસિક રોગ	કોઈ પણ પ્રકારની મગજ ની વિકૃતિ કે અસ્વસ્થતાને માનસિક બિમારી ગણી શકાય. જેમાં ચોક્કસ નકારાત્મક વિચારધારાથીમાંડી  ગાંડપણ સુધીની બાબતોનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.
(8) LD { Learning Disability ) અધ્યયન અક્ષમતા	શીખવાને લગતી ખામી ધરાવતા બાળકો સમજણ, ભાષાલેખન, ગણન માટે ઉપયોગમાં લેવાતી પાયાની મનોવૈજ્ઞાનિક પ્રક્રિયામાં ખામી ધરાવતા હોઈ શકે છે.
(9) Autism સ્વલીનતા	સ્વલીનતા એટલે અવ્યસ્થિત કૌશલ્ય જે પ્રત્યાયન અને વર્તનને અસર પહોંચાડે છે, જેમાં પુનરાવર્તિત અને એકધારું વર્તન  જોવા મળે
(10) Speech Impairment	એવું વાણી વર્તન કે સામાન્ય અને સ્વીકૃત વાણી વર્તનથી દેખીતી રીતે અલગ કે અસામાન્ય હોય, વાતચીતમાં વિક્ષેપ જનક કે સાંભળનારને અલગ રીતે અસરકર્તા હોય.
(11) Leprosy- રક્તપિત્ત	રક્તપિત્તની બીમારીના કારણે શારીરિક અસ્વસ્થતા સર્જાય જેમાં હાથની આંગળીઓ અકડાઈ જવી વગેરે ક્ષતિઓ જોવા મળે છે.

This online system ensures accurate student data collection, reduces paperwork, and helps the government track educational progress from an early age.

🎯 What is Child Tracking System (CTS)?

Child Tracking System (CTS) is an integrated online portal developed by SSA Gujarat to track the academic journey of every child from Balvatika (pre-school) to primary education (Std. 1 to 8). It records real-time data on student enrollment, attendance, promotion, dropout, and migration.

એપ્લિકેશન મુજબ જે બાળકોની યાદી મળેલ છે તે બાળકોની હાલમાં ડેટા એન્ટ્રી કરવાની રહેશે. આપજે બાળકોની એન્ટ્રી કરવા માટે સર્ચ કરી રહ્યા છો અને માહિતી મળી આવતી નથી તેવા બાળકોની એન્ટ્રી10-15 દિવસ પછી ઓપન કરવામાં આવશે.
