ઉપાડે છે. – પથ્થર નીચેથી રાજાની ચિઠ્ઠી અને સોનામહોર નીકળે
છે – ચિઠ્ઠીમાં લખ્યું છે, “પથ્થર ખસેડવાનું ઇનામ” – બોધ.
એક રાજા હતો. તે ઘણીવાર વેશપલટો કરીને પોતાના રાજ્યની નગરચર્યા જોવા-કરવા નીકળતો હતો. આજ રીતે એકવાર આ રાજા વહેલી સવારે વેશપલટો કરીને પોતાના નગરની નગર ચર્યા કરવા માટે નીકળ્યા હતા. તેણે મુખ્ય માર્ગ પર એક મોટો પથ્થર પડેલો જોયો. આ પથ્થર રસ્તા વચ્ચેથી કોણ ખસેડે છે તે જોવાની રાજાને ઈચ્છા થઈ. આથી રાજા એ એ પથ્થર નીચે એક ચિઠ્ઠી અને એક સોનામહોરની થેલી મૂકી. પછી શું થાય છે તે જોવા રાજા થોડે દુર એક ઝાડની પાછળ સંતાઈને ઊભો રહ્યો.
એવામાં એક ખેડૂત પોતાના બળદ લઈને ત્યાંથી પસાર થયો. તેના એક બળદનો પગ પથ્થર સાથે અથડાયો. પછી બળદ લંગડાતો લંગડાતો આગળ ચાલવા લાગ્યો. પણ તેમ છતાં પેલા ખેડૂતે રસ્તા વચ્ચેથી પથ્થર ખસેડવાની તસ્દી લીધી નહિ.
થોડીવાર પછી એક ઘોડાગાડીવાળો એ રસ્તેથી પસાર થયો. એ પોતાની મસ્તીમાં ગીત ગાતો ગાતો જતો હતો. એવામાં એ ગાડીનું એક પૈડું રસ્તાવાળા પથ્થર સાથે અથડાયું.તેણે જોયું તો પથ્થર હતો તેણે એ પથ્થર ને ખસેડાયો અને જોયું તો ત્યાં એક ચિઠ્ઠી અને એક સોનામહોર નીકળે છે. તે ચિઠ્ઠી વાંચે છે તો તેમાં લખેલું હોય છે કે “પથ્થર ખસેડવાનું ઇનામ” તે ખુબજ રાજી થયો અને ઘોડાગાડી લઈને ગીત ગાતો ગાતો આગળ વધી ગયો .

RTE અંતર્ગત કેટલીક અગત્યની ખાસ બાબતો જોઈએ
1. ધોરણ એક થી પાંચ એક કિલોમીટરના અંતરે શાળા હોવી જોઈએ
2. ધોરણ છ થી આઠ ત્રણ કિમી ના અંતરે શાળા હોવી જોઈએ 👍 જો આવું ન હોય તો RTE અમલના ત્રણ વર્ષની અંદર સારા સ્થપાશે
3. પ્રાઇવેટ શાળામાં ધોરણ-1 માં 25% બાળકો દાખલ કરાશે ખર્ચ સીધો જ સરકાર આપશે.
4. કલમ 14- પ્રવેશ માટે ઉંમરની સાબિતી માં જન્મ તારીખ નો દાખલો, અન્ય આધાર અથવા ઉંમરની સાબિતી ન હોય તો પણ ઇનકાર કરી શકાશે નહીં. વાલી નું એકરા નામું લઈ પ્રવેશ આપી શકાશે
નોંધ ✅ એલસી (lc) સ્કૂલ લિવિંગ સર્ટિફિકેટ કલમ પાંચમો લખેલું છે કે સ્કૂલ લિવિંગ સર્ટિફિકેટ આપવાની ના પાડી શકાતી નથી.
5. વર્ગમાં નાપાસ કરીને રાખી મૂકવા પર અને શાળામાંથી કાઢી મૂકવા પર પ્રતિબંધ છે. ( નવા નિયમ મુજબ ધોરણ પાંચ અને ધોરણ આઠ માં હવે નાપાસ કરી શકાશે (
6. કલમ નંબર 17 – બાળકની શાયરી શિક્ષા અથવા માનસિક ત્રાસ આપવા ઉપર પ્રતિબંધ છે
7. કલમ 18 – માન્યતા પ્રમાણપત્ર મેળવ્યા સિવાય કોઈ શાળા સ્થાપી શકાશે નહીં
✅ પ્રથમ વાર એક લાખ રૂપિયા નો દંડ છે. ✅ માન્યતા પાછી ખેંચ્યા બાદ 10,000 રૂપિયા સુધીનો દંડ છે.
8 વિદ્યાર્થીની બેસવા માટે આઠ ચોરસ ફૂટ જગ્યા હોવી જોઈએ
✅ 30 સંખ્યા હોય તો 240 ચોરસ ફુટ જગ્યા હોવી જોઈએ. ✅ શિક્ષક માટે, અધ્યયન કાર્ય માટે 60 ફૂટ જગ્યા હોવી જોઈએ ✅ વર્ગખંડની કુલ 300 ચોરસ ફુટ જગ્યા જરૂરી છે. દિવ્યાંગ અને અપંગ વ્યક્તિ માટે શાળામાં અવરોધ મુક્ત પ્રવેશ જરૂરી છે ( રેમ્પ)
9. પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં 250 વિદ્યાર્થીએ એક એક રમતગમતનું મેદાન હોવું જોઈએ
તારીખ ૫ જુલાઈ, ૨૦૨૫ ના રોજ ……………..પ્રાથમિક શાળા તા: ………. જિ: ……..ખાતે ધોરણ ૧ થી ૫ ના કુલ ૯૦ બાળકો માટે પ્રથમ ‘બેગ–લેસ‘( શનિવાર) દિવસનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. આ દિવસનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ્ય બાળકોને શાળાકીય પ્રવૃત્તિઓ દ્વારા આનંદમય શિક્ષણ આપવાનો અને તેમનામાં સામાજિક મૂલ્યોનું સિંચન કરવાનો હતો.
પ્રવૃત્તિઓનુંવિસ્તૃત વર્ણન
આ દિવસે બાળકોએ વિવિધ પ્રવૃત્તિઓમાં ઉત્સાહભેર ભાગ લીધો હતો, જે નીચે મુજબ છે:
૧) સમૂહ સફાઈ
દિવસની શરૂઆત શાળા પરિસરની સમૂહ સફાઈથી થઈ હતી. બાળકોને નાના-નાના જૂથોમાં વહેંચી દેવામાં આવ્યા હતા અને દરેક જૂથને શાળાના અલગ-અલગ વિસ્તારની સફાઈની જવાબદારી સોંપવામાં આવી હતી. બાળકોએ ઉત્સાહપૂર્વક કચરો વીણ્યો, વર્ગખંડો અને મેદાન સાફ કર્યા. આ પ્રવૃત્તિ દ્વારા બાળકોમાં સ્વચ્છતા પ્રત્યે જાગૃતિ અને સામુદાયિક કાર્યનું મહત્વ સમજાવવામાં આવ્યું.
સમૂહ સફાઈ બાદ સ્વચ્છતા પ્રદર્શનનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. જેમાં બાળકોએ સ્વચ્છતાને લગતા પોસ્ટરો, સૂત્રો અને ચિત્રો બનાવ્યા હતા. કેટલાક બાળકોએ સ્વચ્છતાના મહત્વને દર્શાવતા નાના-નાના નાટકો પણ રજૂ કર્યા. આ પ્રદર્શને બાળકોને સર્જનાત્મકતા દર્શાવવાની તક આપી અને સ્વચ્છતાના સંદેશને વધુ અસરકારક રીતે ફેલાવવામાં મદદ કરી.
૩) માસ ડ્રીલ (સમૂહ કવાયત અને અંગ કસરતો)
બાળકોના શારીરિક વિકાસ અને શિસ્ત માટે માસ ડ્રીલનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. જેમાં તમામ ૯૦ બાળકોએ એકસાથે સમૂહ કવાયત અને વિવિધ અંગ કસરતો કરી હતી. શારીરિક શિક્ષક દ્વારા માર્ગદર્શન પૂરું પાડવામાં આવ્યું હતું. આ પ્રવૃત્તિથી બાળકોમાં શારીરિક સુદૃઢતાની સાથે ટીમ વર્ક અને શિસ્તબદ્ધતાનો ગુણ વિકસાવવામાં મદદ મળી.
૪) ગીત-સંગીત કાર્યક્રમ
દિવસના અંતે બાળકોના મનોરંજન અને કલાત્મક અભિવ્યક્તિને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા માટે ગીત–સંગીત કાર્યક્રમ યોજાયો હતો. બાળકોએ દેશભક્તિ ગીતો, લોકગીતો અને બાળગીતો રજૂ કર્યા. કેટલાક બાળકોએ સંગીતના સાધનો વગાડીને પણ પોતાની કલાનું પ્રદર્શન કર્યું. આ કાર્યક્રમથી બાળકોમાં છુપાયેલી પ્રતિભાઓ બહાર આવી અને તેમને આનંદમય વાતાવરણ મળ્યું.
નિષ્કર્ષ
પ્રથમ ‘બેગ-લેસ’ દિવસ ………………………………… બાળકો માટે ખુબ જ સફળ અને યાદગાર રહ્યો. આ પ્રવૃત્તિઓ દ્વારા બાળકોને પુસ્તકિયા જ્ઞાન ઉપરાંત વ્યવહારુ અને સામાજિક કૌશલ્યો શીખવાની તક મળી. શાળા વ્યવસ્થાપન સમિતિ અને શિક્ષકગણ દ્વારા આયોજિત આ કાર્યક્રમ બાળકોના સર્વાંગી વિકાસ માટે પ્રેરણાદાયક બન્યો. આવા કાર્યક્રમો ભવિષ્યમાં પણ યોજવામાં આવે તેવી આશા છે, જેથી બાળકો આનંદ સાથે શીખી શકે અને તેમનું બાળપણ વધુ સુંદર બને.

વર્ષ 1994 95 મો જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ કાર્યક્રમ તરીકે બીપી ની શરૂઆત થઈ. જે વર્ષ 2001 માં સર્વ શિક્ષા અભિયાન તરીકે ઓળખાયો જે શરૂઆતમાં 6 થી 14 વર્ષના બાળકો માટે કામ કરતો હતો.
વર્ષ 2019 માં R.M.S.A, R.U.S.A અને તે નું SSA માં વિલીનીકરણ થતા સર્વ શિક્ષા અભિયાન નું નામ સમગ્ર શિક્ષા અભિયાન થયું. અને સર્વ શિક્ષા અભિયાન નું કાર્યક્ષેત્ર ધોરણ 1 થી 8 ની જગ્યાએ પૂર્વ શાળાથી લઈને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક સુધીનું થયું છે.
વર્ષ 1986 ની નવી શિક્ષણનીતિ અને ડીપીઇપી જેવી મહત્વકાંક્ષી યોજનાઓ અને ત્યારબાદ વર્ષ 2001 થી સર્વ શિક્ષણ અભિયાનનો અમલ દેશ વાપી અને સાર્વત્રિક રીતે થયો.

છ થી 14 વર્ષના તમામ બાળકોને ગુણવત્તાલક્ષી પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ પૂરું પાડવાના મુખ્ય આશય સાથે શરૂ થયેલો આ કાર્યક્રમનું કેન્દ્ર સરકાર તેમજ રાજ્ય સરકારનું નાણાકીય યોગદાન મળે છે.
ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં આ યોજનાનો અમલ ગુજરાત પ્રારંભિક શિક્ષણ પરિષદ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યો છે તે હવેથી ગુજરાત શાળા શિક્ષા પરિષદ તરીકે ઓળખાય છે
