The Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan Gujarat (SSA Gujarat) has launched a new initiative to streamline and digitize student enrollment by enabling online entry for Balvatika and Standard 1 students through the Child Tracking System (CTS) on the ssagujarat.org portal.
This online system ensures accurate student data collection, reduces paperwork, and helps the government track educational progress from an early age.
🎯 What is Child Tracking System (CTS)?
Child Tracking System (CTS) is an integrated online portal developed by SSA Gujarat to track the academic journey of every child from Balvatika (pre-school) to primary education (Std. 1 to 8). It records real-time data on student enrollment, attendance, promotion, dropout, and migration.
📌 New CTS Update for 2025: Balvatika & Std. 1 Online Entry
In the academic year 2025-26, all government, government-aided and private schools running Balvatika and Standard 1 classes are instructed to enter student details online via the CTS module on ssagujarat.org.
This is mandatory to ensure every child is registered and tracked right from the foundational stage.
🧒 Who Needs to Be Registered?
Balvatika 1, 2, and 3 students (age 3 to 5+ years)
Standard 1 students newly admitted in 2025-26
Applicable to all schools under SSA coverage

એપ્લિકેશન મુજબ જે બાળકોની યાદી મળેલ છે તે બાળકોની હાલમાં ડેટા એન્ટ્રી કરવાની રહેશે. આપજે બાળકોની એન્ટ્રી કરવા માટે સર્ચ કરી રહ્યા છો અને માહિતી મળી આવતી નથી તેવા બાળકોની એન્ટ્રી10-15 દિવસ પછી ઓપન કરવામાં આવશે.
એન્ટ્રી કરવા માટેનો ઉપાય નીચે મુજબ . નીચેની આ રીત ઑફિશિયલ નથી.

🚨જે બાળક જન્મ પ્રમાણપત્ર મુજબ સર્ચ ના થાય તો🚨
ગુજરાત સિવાય નું અલગ રાજ્ય પસંદ કરી ને જિલ્લો તાલુકો જાતિ પસંદ કરી સર્ચ કરી ને મેન્યુઅલ જૂની ગતવર્ષ ની મુજબ સરળતા થી એન્ટ્રી થઈ જાય છે
