Laptop Sahay Yojana 2025: The laptop purchase assistance scheme run by the Department of Labour, Skill Development and Employment, Government of Gujarat, is to connect students with digital education. This scheme has been renewed and made more comprehensive in 2025.

Key details of the laptop purchase assistance scheme

| Family: | Parents should be registered working class in Gujarat (registered with the Labour Department). |
Others:
- Permanent resident of Gujarat.
- Students admitted to foreign courses will not be eligible.
- Studying in government/aided school/college.
- 8th, 10th and 12th pass students are eligible (in some categories).
- Note: Laptop should be purchased in the name of the student.
How to apply for Laptop Purchase Assistance Scheme? (Step-by-Step Application Process)
Online application (easiest)
Website: Go to sanman.gujarat.gov.in or glwb.gujarat.gov.in.
Login: Login with Shramyogi ID or Aadhaar.
Select Form: Select “Laptop Purchase Assistance Scheme”.
Fill in Details: Student’s Name, Board Marks, Upload Laptop Purchase Bill/Invoice.
Submit: Submit Application – You will get confirmation via SMS/Email.
Offline application
Place: Go to the nearest Labour Department office or Talati/Mamlatdar office.
Form: Download PDF Download link and fill.
Submit: Submit along with required documents.

Marksheet of class 12 (70%+ with proof).
Shramyogi Registration Certificate.
Laptop purchase bill/invoice (with purchase date).
Bank passbook (for DBT).

Implementation: Online application open from early 2025 – Apply now!
Benefit Disbursement: Amount will be deposited through DBT within 30-45 days after approval.
Problem: If e-KYC has not been done, then link Aadhaar first.
